Luke started his career as an electrical apprentice and went on to work as a self-employed builder. After years subcontracting for others, he co-founded L&G to take control of his future and to build something lasting for his young son, Vinny. Luke’s strength lies in communication: he keeps clients informed and involved, creating a friendly, stress-free experience.

Graham

Co-Founder · Qualified Electrician & Kitchen Fitter
Graham has worked in the building trade since he was 18, and brings over 30 years of hands-on experience to every project. City & Guilds certified and fully insured, he’s known for his attention to detail, strong work ethic, and no-fuss approach. Graham’s not only a skilled tradesman, he’s a father, a grandad, and a cornerstone of the team.
